Key and core sole of ARENA-INNOVATION is Dipl.-Ing. (FH) IT Hans Marius Schuster. Born and bred in Transylvania, Romania, he attended the german school there until obtaining his A-level degree. Moving to Germany soon after, he decided to transform his hobby into a profession by studying Information Technology at the University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule) in Giessen, Land Hessen, Germany.
As from early childhood, one of his big dreams was to "see the world", just after the first 2-3 years of professional experience with embedded control systems for the automotive industry, he was very happy to accept a new position as a manager for the embedded control business for supporting a new business start-up of his parent company BOSCH in Yokohama, Japan for the next 3 years. Since then, not only that he enjoyed mastering the Japanese language and studying the asian culture, but moreover the wish to one day set up his own business began to thrive.
After working 10 years for the same employer, he was then the first time seriously taking into consideration, whether to set up his own business or to accept an attractive offer for working for a subsidiary of DAIMLER and later Rolls-Royce. Because the later option involved the deployment of the most innovative DAIMLER diesel engine technology throughout the world (Japan, China, South Korea, USA and Europe), he eventually went for this for the next 8 years to come.
During one of his recents stays in Japan, an interesting article about one of the most innovative fuel cell and hydrogen technolgy car named Toyota Mirai ("mirai" means "future" in Japanese) drew his attention in such way, that he eventually decided "now or never" for setting up his own business in this new and exciting energy, transport and IT domain.
HENCE, ARENA-INNOVATION WAS BORN!
And last, but by no means least, ARENA-INNOVATION is a proud member of the German "CLUSTER FUEL CELL BW" (http://www.e-mobilbw.de/en//cluster-fuel-cell.html) and the "Fuel Cell And Hydrogen Initiative in Hessen" (https://www.h2bz-hessen.de/) and regularly attends members meetings.
